Meets third Tuesday of every month 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in the CMMC Medical Office Building located next to the hospital - 1860 Chadwick Drive, Suite 100.

* Past topics included:
o Super Market Tours (guided tour in a local supermarket to demonstrate label reading and analysis to promote healthy, cost minded food choices)
* Depression and Chronic Disease (presented by our Psychiatric support staff)
* Community Awareness, Recognition and Treatment of insulin resistance to delay onset of diabetes and prevent the onset of complications.
