Mission Statement

The goals of the Chilren's Diabetes Foundation of the North Bay (CDFNB) are as follows:

* To provide support for research, resources, information, motivation, and services for people with diabetes, their families, and friends.
* To provide a Quality service in improving the lives of people affected by diabetes, and working with others to prevent and cure diabetes.
* To raise awareness of diabetes in the community and foster programs for early detection and prevention of diabetes.
* To support and encourage advances in diabetes care among the community.
