Raw Hummus - Raw organic hummus. A treat from traditionally cooked hummus and causes very little gas because all the enzymes are still there. When I serve this I make a depression in the middle and fill it with olive oil. Serve with pita bread, carrot or celery sticks, or small romaine leaves.

Salsa - This is a recipe I just throw together, but it is very popular. Serve with tortilla chips.

Salsa Ninety Nine (Mild) - A salsa recipe for those with a tomato and pepper garden. If you prefer a hotter salsa, add more jalapeno or cayenne pepper.

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - We like spicy and sweet and this hummus is both. And easy too. Everything is popped into the food processor and pulsed into deliciousness. Cumin and cayenne add a bit of kick and pair nicely with the sweet, sweet roasted peppers. Makes lots.

Spicy Salsa - A fresh, delicious tomato salsa! Feel free to vary the amount of garlic according to what you prefer.

Tangy Pickled Mushrooms - These delicious tidbits make an elegant finger food. The delicate flavors of ginger, lemon and white wine vinegar infuse these mushroom pickles.

Thai Banana Salsa with King Prawns - Prawns are served with a delicious salsa made with bananas, cucumbers, and an exotic blend of flavorings.

Thai Chicken Balls - Ground chicken mixed with green onion, bread crumbs, coriander, chili sauce and lemon juice for a uniquely Thai flavor.

Tofu Hummus - Garbanzo beans pureed with tofu, peanut butter, lemon and garlic.

Tomato Pepper Sauce - Passed down from my grandparents, this recipe is a great way to use the extra tomato and peppers from the garden! Quick, easy and also very healthy! A nice warm lunch for the veggie lover! Makes its own sauce and can be canned for the winter months. Serve over sliced fresh buttered bread and a few shakes of salt and pepper.

Wendy Jae's Hummus - This is a unique hummus recipe which doesn't call for tahini, and adds the flavor of roasted garlic. Try adding roasted red peppers, or sun dried tomatoes for a different twist!
