Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Support Group gives patients and families dealing with diabetes continuing peer support. Meetings feature topics related to diabetes and are presented by experts in the health care field. Support Group meets the first Thursday of every month in the Elkhart General Hospital Auditorium.
