Our Mission Statement: To improve the quality of life for people with or affected by diabetes, and to reduce complications and suffering related to the disease by providing high quality care and equipping the patient with the latest self-management tools through education.

Please join us for a diabetes support group session where you can exchange information, feelings and ideas. Groups offer open discussion, question and answer sessions, and other activities.

Our support group is intended for individuals with diabetes and their families who are over 18 (please leave your children at home so the group can meet without any distractions). This group is FREE to all regardless of where you receive care. Spouses and support members are encouraged to also attend.

Classes will be held monthly on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Utah Diabetes Center, Education Suite from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
