Education
A diabetes medical management plan will be developed for each student with diabetes while at school by a personal health care team in order to assist students with the management and care of their diabetes. The bill permits a diabetic student to perform blood glucose level checks, administer insulin, and treat hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia while at school or a school activity.
