Registration
Registration for 2009 has not yet opened. Please check back for updates.
A secure site is provided for registration online. All registrants are sent a confirmation email and tax invoice at the time of lodgement. Credit card payments can be made with visa, bankcard or mastercard; or alternatively payment can be made by cheque in Australian dollars. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes after registration, simply email the request to the secretariat.
ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
The Full Delegate Registration fee includes:
* all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book),
* lunches, Wednesday until Friday
* morning teas from Wednesday until Friday
* afternoon teas on Wednesday and Thursday
* light breakfast at the meet the professor sessions from Wednesday to Friday
* the Welcome Function and the Conference Dinner
The Day Registration fee includes:
* all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book)
* lunch for the specified day
* morning teas for the specified day
* afternoon teas for the specified day
* light breakfast at the meet the professor session for the specified day
The Member Rates apply to those who are current financial members of ESA and/or SRB, NZSE, ENSA & ANZPRA and to ADS or ADEA members attending both meetings. To be eligible for the Student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study and if asked, provide a copy of their student card as well as a letter supporting their status from the head of their department. Trade Registrations include all of the above except a satchel. Tickets to the functions can be purchased. Some trade passes are included with your exhibition space, and additional ones are available at the same cost as a student non-member rate. A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before the end of February 2009. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
INSURANCE
The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
