The 2008 CDA/CSEM Annual Professional Conference and Annual Meetings is inviting proposals for program topics. Submissions will be considered in the core streams of diabetes & metabolism, classical endocrinology, diabetes education, health care delivery, and clinical practice and forwarded to the CDA/CSEM Professional Conference Planning Committee for review. Please note: A separate “Call for Abstracts” will be issued in February 2008. At that time, submissions of research in any of the program streams will be invited.Sessions are generally one to two hours duration and may be presented more than once.
