Children's Mercy Family Health Partners
Children's Mercy Family Health Partners is a non-profit organization and the only provider-owned Medicaid managed care organization in Kansas or Missouri. They provide low-cost or no-cost health care coverage through contracts with the State of Missouri MC+program and the State of Kansas HealthWave program.

Diabetic supplies are covered through a company called Edgepark. You can contact them at 1 (800) 307-5930. Emergency diabetic supplies can be obtained by calling the CMFHP Prior Authorization line at 1-888-691-4872. As of 07/2006 members can no longer receive supplies or equipment at the local pharmacy.
