It includes private counselling via e-mail, a group discussion forum, chat rooms and blog and a range of groups, such as our Weight Matters groups. There are some links and resources, information about health professionals and an opportunity to share your story and read other stories about life and diabetes.
The service is based in Australia and is intended for Australian residents only.
