Januvia? (sitagliptin) is unlikely to interact with most other medications. In fact, there is only one known drug interaction with Januvia. Taking Januvia and digoxin (Digitek?, Lanoxin?) together can slightly increase the level of digoxin in your blood. Your healthcare provider should monitor your digoxin levels when you are starting or stopping Januvia.

It is possible that not every Januvia drug interaction is known at this time. Therefore, you should talk with your pharmacist or healthcare provider about the specific drug interactions with Januvia that may apply to your situation.
