The 160 is slightly high, the 109 and 114 are pretty good, and the 45 is a stinker.
That is the Glyburide part of the Glucovance talking, most likely.
Glyburide stimulates the production of insulin, and too much insulin, without a balancing amount of carbs, and particularly if you drink any alcohol, can cause numbers like 45.
If this is not just a one-time occurrence, you need to consult with your doctor. As Glucovance is a combo med, you could get it split into two prescriptions and lower the Glyburide, and keep the metformin portion the same or increase it. Or you could change the timing of the Glyburide, or switch to Glipizide XL, which is an extended release version of a very similar med--the extended release means it doesn't all hit you at once, thus is less likely to cause lows.
But there is no reason to put up with 45s--you can do a lot better than that-keeping the good numbers without dipping near that.
