Arizona Medicare covers the same supplies for both insulin and non-insulin dependent diabetics. Some frequency limitations may apply. Medicare does not cover insulin and syringes. * Blood glucose testing meter and test strips
* Lancets and (spring-powered) lancing devices
* Glucose control solutions
