Diabetes Support Group
Our Diabetes Support Group is a support group of adults with diabetes and their support systems.
The group was designed by members to meet their support needs. Meetings include:
* diabetes educational presentations
* general good health information
* holiday celebrations
* time spent learning from and supporting each member as we all live daily with our disease.
The group is not a replacement for individual diabetes self-management training and treatment from a physician, but a supplement to both.
