Camps for Diabetics between the ages of 10 and 17 are among the variety of programs and services offered by the Chris Dudley Foundation. The goal of these camps (and for the clinics, as well) is to give kids a sense of how to play a vigorous sport while controlling their diabetes.
The main goal of the camp is for all participants to gain a sense of how to play an intensive sport while controlling their diabetes.

Important Dates to Remember:
October 20, 2008 - Returning Camper Application Forms are sent out.
December 1, 2008 - Returning Camper Application Forms are due.
Midnight, January 1, 2009 - New Camper Sign-up.
Week of January 19th - New Camper Application Forms are sent out.
February 15, 2009 - New Camper Applications Forms are due.
February 15- July 10, 2009 - Physician Form is due.
June 1, 2009 - Camp Registration Packets are sent out.
August 2-7, 2009 - Camp!
