Diabetes Management and Training Centers, Inc. is now accepting registrations for the Spring 2008 offering of Diabetes Manager University (DMU). The DMU is a 3-day master course in how and why to use today's best diabetes therapies in a patient-centered, outcomes-oriented model of care. Instructors Kris Swenson, RN, CDE and Betty Brackenridge, MS, RD, CDE have designed this course to include
Clinical and behavioral care
Selection and titration of today's medication choices
Nutrition approaches that patients actually USE
The power, process and tools of Discovering Learning that unlock motivation

An optional half-day on program planning is available to course registrants on Saturday, May 3.
