What are the possible side effects of Janumet?
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

* feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion;
* swelling or rapid weight gain; or
* fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms.

Less serious Janumet side effects may include:

* runny or stuffy nose, sore throat;
* headache, weakness; or
* mild nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gas, stomach pain.
