Type 2 Diabetes Support Group
Our support group is a place for people with Type 2 Diabetes to come and meet with others that are living with the same daily challenges of managing their disease.

Not only can you learn more ways to improve your health and diabetes control, you will gain emotional and social support from other people who know what it's like to live with diabetes everyday.

Meetings are held September through May and are typically on the first Monday of every month at 6:00 pm in FOX 3. Call 666-3165 for more information.
