We are located at 60 Murray Street, on the fifth floor of the Joseph and Wolf Lebovic Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH), located directly behind (west) the MSH main site.
This information is designed to help you learn about all the services available through the LSCD so that you will be able to become a more active participant in your care.
