On behalf of the American Diabetes Association, we want to thank you for your participation and support of the 12th Annual Phoenix Diabetes Expo. The response has been very positive and extremely complimentary of your commitment to improving health.

This year’s Diabetes Expo reached more than 8,900 people from all parts of Arizona. Attendees were able to experience a day learning how to make better choices in order to live a healthier life! Through your support as a sponsor or participant, the American Diabetes Association is able to fulfill its mission which is “to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.”

Thank you again for your continued support of the American Diabetes Association and our program activities including Research, Information and Advocacy. We couldn’t do it without you!
