SENATE BILL NO. 1323
SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS - Amends existing law relating to school bus drivers to
provide that the State Department of Education may issue a medical waiver
to individuals with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus if the department
determines that an applicant has met the requirements as specified; and to
require the department to promulgate rules as necessary to implement the
provisions for determining eligibility and issuing such waivers.
