Diabetes Laws and Policy in Idaho are decided by state legislature. State law may provide diabetics with diabetic health care and diabetic supplies such as insulin, diabetic socks, blood glucose monitors, or decide how schools must accommodate childhood diabetic students. Idaho state legislature also regulates diabetes and stem cell research laws.
